The Challenge.
ACS was required to deliver a complete infrastructure package for the 24 acre Middlewood Locks scheme that will offer 2000 waterside homes, a hotel, offices, shops and restaurants once complete.
Our Solution.
We delivered the first phase on time in 23 weeks and achieved this by effective collaborative working with the client both during the procurement and construction stages of the development. Works included excavation, groundworks and concreting of steel reinforced foundations and lift and staircase bases together with reinforced concrete slabs.
