Lloyd’s Register operate, on behalf of the UK Gas Transporters, the Gas Industry Registration Scheme.
Under its auspices Lloyd’s Register perform technical assessments of utility infrastructure providers (UIPs), who elect to be assessed for accreditation for work associated with the construction of new gas infrastructure operating up to 7 bar pressure.
Multi Utility UK has full accreditation for the design, construction, commissioning, connections and project management of gas networks.
In addition, all its contractors are Gas Safe Registered.
This is the only official register for gas safety in the home or workplace in the UK, which means that whenever one of our gas engineers carries out work in your property, they will be fully registered.

The Hinkley Connection Project is a new 57 km high-voltage electricity line that will connect six million homes and businesses to new sources of low carbon energy. It will help the UK to meet ambitious targets to achieve net zero by 2050. The Sandford substation – one of 300 substations throughout England and Wales - is at the heart of the project.
