Meet Laura Fletcher our New Assistant Plant Manager.

Laura started out her career at HSS where she spent 10 years gaining accounting and tool and equipment hire experience with a leading provider. She then moved to Network Plus as a Plant Coordinator.

Laura joins ACS at an exciting time of continued growth for the company and our continued commitment to invest and add to our internal modern plant fleet.

Matthew Tinker, Plant Manager at ACS commented, “Laura will become the point of contact for our site teams and will focus on all managing all internal plant, survey and lifting machinery, as well as order processing and the supply of plant from our national supply network. We are in the process of setting up a new yard and satellite office in Ashton which will house our plant and materials; Laura’s role will be key to the day to day management of this site”.

On joining ACS, Laura said “I originally interviewed for the role of Document Controller, but ACS saw the potential in me and offered me the Assistant Plant Manager position. I was really excited about this and having a new challenge with more responsibility. It’s also better for my family life with it being closer to home and there’s flexibility when you need it. Everyone has been really nice and welcoming, and the days are flying by as I’m learning something new every day”.
