Meet Paul Birch – our new Senior Estimator.

Paul joined ACS Construction from Morrison Utility Services where he was employed as a Senior Civils Estimator for 6 years.

During his time there he was successful in securing some large-scale projects for blue-chip clients such as Centrica, Younicos, Fusion HS2 and Western Power Distribution to values ranging from £250,000 to £20+ million.

These projects generally consisted of switch rooms, substations, transformer enclosures, battery energy storage systems and energy centres.

Paul was a pivotal member of the tendering team that successfully secured the contract to build Europe’s largest BESS project in Cumbria!

Prior to Paul working at Morrison’s, he worked for Emcor Engineering Services as a Senior Civils Estimator working on large-scale projects such as energy centres, heating infrastructure projects and data centres for the likes of HSBC, Liverpool University, Lancaster University and Norwich Union to name a few.

Paul is an excellent addition to our team and it is a pleasure welcoming him to the ACS family.
