We’re pleased to share that Jacob Curran, who first joined ACS Construction Group over the summer, is now continuing his journey with us as a Degree Apprentice Quantity Surveyor.

Reflecting on his placement and his decision to continue with ACS, Jacob shared:

“The best part of my summer placement was gaining hands-on experience and seeing how my work connected with the wider team. It really helped me understand how everyone collaborates throughout projects.”

“I felt that ACS was a good fit for me. The people and the type of projects I was working on really stood out to me.”

“I’m looking forward to building up my technical knowledge, especially around cost management and contracts, and taking on more responsibility.”

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing golf and running and is currently training for his first marathon.

Looking ahead, Jacob aims to qualify as a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in large-scale projects, continually developing his skills and expertise within the industry.
