ACS Construction Group is delighted to welcome Aidan Stenson, who joins us as a degree apprentice and begins his journey towards a career in civil engineering.

Aidan’s interest in the industry began with a fascination for heavy machinery and construction projects, which has now developed into a clear ambition to become a skilled engineer. During his apprenticeship, he will be focusing on building his expertise in earthworks, remediation, and groundworks—key areas that form the foundation of ACS’s operations.

Looking ahead, Aidan aspires to grow into a confident and dependable engineer, contributing meaningfully to the success of our projects over the next few years. His enthusiasm for learning and his commitment to professional development reflect the values we look for in every member of the ACS team.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog, Bailey, attending folk music events, and watching Manchester United matches with his dad and brother.
