ACS Construction Group Limited have carried out the installation of sewer drainage to be adopted by Severn Trent Water for the redevelopment of Longbridge Town Centre.

The works have involved the installation of over 1,160m of drainage and 38Nr manholes at depths of up to 5.5m. Over half of this drainage was 900mm diameter concrete pipes for a Surface Water Sewer.

A significant portion of this work was carried out in a live carriageway environment, in a very busy location, adjacent to the entrance to the development. This work therefore involved a significant interface with the general public in terms of both pedestrian and traffic management.

These works, carried out over a three month period, were completed on time, to a high quality, and with minimum disruption to all third parties.

We would happily work with ACS Construction on any works of a similar nature, and have no hesitation in recommending them to other potential clients who require large and complex drainage installations.

ACS Construction Ltd completed a demanding enabling works contract for a new Radiotherapy Centre at Salford Royal Hospital. The project involved M&E Service Diversions, Drainage Diversion and a new road construction all of which were completed whilst working within a live hospital environment.

During the 4 months ACS worked on our site, we had no problems in terms of health and safety and they should be commended for their safety culture demonstrated through out the contract.

ACS were very pro-active and helped us identify problems early in the project. The quality of service and works completed by ACS was of a high standard. They completed their works on time and the final account was agreed promptly after the completion of their works.
